The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, has established a program to distribute financial rewards to home health and home care agencies, their employees, and their patients/clients. Rewards are available for every COVID-19 vaccine shot given to either your worker or your patient/client.

Home care workers can register under their employer’s account and receive a reward through the HRSA grant for BOTH the in-home worker and the vaccinated community member portions of the grant. Flex for Checks is a community-based program that was developed as part of an $11.1 million grant from HRSA. The goal of the program is to increase vaccination confidence and rates in underserved communities.
